What should I do if a task contains a suspicious link or file?

According to the User Agreement, the Mindrift platform does not guarantee that the Mindrift website or the server that makes the Mindrift website function, as well as URL links posted on the Mindrift website, are free of viruses and/or other malicious components.

We do our best to ensure the safety of our users, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all the links you click on during your tasks will not contain any malicious programs or elements.

The task contains sensitive and/or explicit content.

Each country has its own laws defining the concept of illegal content, which users should follow when completing tasks. Laws concerning sensitive and explicit content vary by country. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. You can stop the task and report it if you believe the content is illegal or violates Mindrift policies.

As described in clause 9.3 of the User Agreement, some tasks may include links to third-party websites. If you believe that these materials may violate the laws of your country, you may refuse to perform this type of task.

If you feel that a document contained in a task violates our policies or the laws of your country, you can complain about the task. To do this, click on the "Feedback" section at the top right in the web version and select "Complain about violations". In the mobile version, click on the three dots in the top right corner and click on "Complaint".

Some tasks may ask you to record audio or video or take a photo. Participation is optional.
